EUREKA -- Melvin H. Kleen, 88, 315 E. Leo, Eureka, died at 6:24 a.m. Sunday (March 7, 2004) at Methodist Medical Center, Peoria.

Service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Eureka United Methodist Church, Eureka, the Rev. Ron Martz officiating.

Burial: Olio Township Cemetery, Eureka, with military rites.

Visitation: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home, Minonk, and for one half hour before the service Wednesday at the church.

Survivors: his wife, Audrey Crew Kleen; one son, Carl (Candy) Kleen, Metamora; two daughters, Chris (Roger) Lybeck, Eureka; and Nancy (Bob) Roggy, Morton; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Garmer "Baldy" (Alda) Kleen, Minonk; and one sister, Ann (Bill) Herman, Minonk.
